Terms
Terms of use.
These terms cover openframe.design and the Studio client sign-in. Paid work runs on the proposal or contract we both sign, and if that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.
Who I am
Open Frame is the design studio of Graham Ivy, based in Barcelona, Spain. You can reach me at hello@openframe.design. How I handle your data is on the privacy page.
Using the site
Browse it, link to it and share it as much as you like. Please don't copy its design, code, text or images to present as your own, scrape it in bulk, or try to break into it.
The work shown here
The case studies show real projects. The work belongs to me or to the client it was made for, and it's here with their permission. Logos and brand names belong to their owners. If you'd like to use any of it, write to me first.
Results like "844% more views" are what happened on those projects. Every brand and audience is different, so they aren't a promise of the same numbers for yours.
Prices
The prices on the Pricing page are in US dollars and can change. A price is only fixed once it's in a proposal we've both accepted. Starting a conversation through the contact form or a booked call doesn't commit you to anything.
Studio sign-in
Studio is for clients I've invited. A few rules keep it working:
- Your sign-in code and sign-in link are just for you. If several people at your organization need access, ask me and I'll add each of them.
- When you tap Approve on something, I take it as your go-ahead for that item. If you approve by mistake, tell me straight away and I'll stop.
- Files I share in Studio are for your project. What you can do with them afterwards is set by our agreement.
- I can switch off access when a project ends, or if an account is shared or misused.
I try to keep Studio running all the time, but it runs on Google's services and can be slow or down now and then. If something is urgent, email me.
Other sites
Some buttons open other services, like Calendly for booking a call or Google for sign-in. Their own terms apply there, and I'm not responsible for them.
Limits
I keep this site accurate, but it's provided as it is, and some of it may be out of date. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses from using the site or Studio. Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Which law applies
Spanish law applies to these terms, and the courts of Barcelona handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts. A signed project agreement can set this differently.
Changes
If I change these terms, I'll update the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
